How can I rent a charging station for my next event?

Simply fill out the event inquiry form at the top of the page (click on Learn More) and someone from our
team will contact you and provide you with a quote.

What devices are your power banks compatible with?

Each power bank comes equipped with 3 charging cables including Micro-USB, USB-C and Lightning
Cables making it compatible with all iPhones, Androids, tablets, select laptops and headphones.

Can the chargeFUZE stations be customized with our logo?

Yes, our units can be fully wrapped. We can provide templates for you to design to showcase your
brand.

What are the power requirements for a chargeFUZE station?

Each station requires 15 amps of power, and can be plugged into most standard electrical outlets. Power
is to be supplied by the event provider.

What type of events do you recommend having a chargeFUZE station at?

chargeFUZE stations are perfect for events of all sizes such as private events, corporate events, concerts,
festivals, sporting events, networking events, trade shows, expos and summits!

Do guests have to return their charger to the same unit they received it from?

No, guests can drop off their battery to any chargeFUZE unit at the event.

Do guests have to leave their phones while charging?

No, ChargeFUZE power banks allow the user to keep their phone with them and continue using it while
it is charging.

Are the digital screens customizable?

Yes, our digital screens are fully customizable to meet your needs. Vividly display your logo, marketing
messages, digital images, slideshows, and event itineraries with ease.

Do the Stations require Wi-Fi?

For events with less than 50,000 attendees the stations will function without Wi-Fi. If Wi-Fi is available we will connect the stations to the network.

How many chargeFUZE stations do I need at my event?

As a general guideline we recommend having enough batteries to supply 10% of the expected
attendees. For example if your event was hosting 250 people we would recommend a unit with 25
batteries (F25).

Will technical support be available to my guests at the event?

Yes, we offer 24/7 support through the chargeFUZE app. Simply, select the help button on the left hand
side of the chargeFUZE app and a representative will be in touch with you via text.

How long does it take for a charging station to be shipped?

We request two weeks notice before an event. The stations typically ship in 5-7 business days. During
peak demand we may have limited units available for rent so book early to reserve yours.
